Credit card or any other payment method information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner Razorpay.

Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your purchases.

Plan upgrade/downgrade - As a space owner, you can upgrade or downgrade any plan from the options and cancel the plan anytime! If you are certain that you canceled the Passport subscription and gocoworq is still charging you for their services, you can claim a refund with supported documents. Our friendly support staff will assist you as early as possible and you will receive a refund from gocoworq if you provide evidence that you’ve gone through the process of canceling your subscription.
